The belt in this pram I bought at a consignment sale is blocked. It is one of the loops, the press and starting to require this outbreak. Well, the previous owner did not put on the left side of the loop on the right side opening from the inside and on the move. The parties in the compression, but the loop does not go away. Ideas?
